President
The President shall preside at all meetings of the chapter. He/She
shall be a member ex-officio of all chapter committees, which he/she
shall appoint the chair, in addition to the position of Parliamentarian.
Jointly with the Vice-President of Membership he/she shall appoint the
position of the Ritual Guard. He/She shall be designated as
the official representative of the chapter whenever such representation
is required. Acting as said representative; he/she may sign all
contracts and other instruments of business incurred by the chapter.
He/She will check the GPA of each member to be sure that it meets the
chapter’s set requirement. The President shall also be the
interpreter of the constitution and shall be expected to have a current
issue of the chapter’s constitution and National constitution at every
meeting. He/She shall also prepare and send semester reports of all
chapter activities to the National Executive Director.
